ABOUT ATTORNEY MURPHY

A native of Garland, Texas, Mark graduated from Baylor University in 1994 after distinguishing himself not only in academics but on the baseball diamond.

He earned a law degree from the University of Texas at Austin in 1997 and has enjoyed a dynamic career in law with Davis/Santos of San Antonio, where he cut his teeth in the courtroom and became a star litigator.

In 2015, Mark’s life grew exponentially when he married Ashley Bowen to make a household of six altogether.

Today, Mark still plays amateur baseball and is active in the New Braunfels community he calls home.

As a shareholder at Davis & Santos and a trial lawyer, he has successfully tried cases to juries and judges in federal and state courts. He focuses on commercial and business trials, as well as appeals.

Education

Mark received his J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law in 1997, and his B.A. from Baylor University in 1994.
